• Please have metrics for client retention over a period of 6 months.

• Please have therapist metrics of overturn and re-bookings for each therapists.

• If your business offers a membership, please have all details and stipulations provided with a sample of marketing material. (Hand outs, flyers, door hangers, ect.)

• Please have all cancelation policies printed out for membership and services.

This includes a full report of findings and suggestions within 5 standard working business days.
